Help Managing Stress & Anxiety
Over 8 million people in the UK are experiencing an anxiety disorder at any one time (Mental Health UK).
You may be experiencing stress and anxiety in a variety of ways, including:
- Overwhelm and inability to cope.
- Physical symptoms such as headaches, racing heart, tiredness, digestion problems, frequent illness.
- Unhealthy changes in eating habits, alcohol/drug consumption, self care.
- Avoiding situations, people, places, work, school etc.
- Persistent worry.
- Mood swings.
These can have a significant adverse effect on your life.
We often learn to live as best we can with these feelings. Perhaps we just see them as ‘the way things are’ or are waiting for something to change which will reduce the effects.
Sometimes we put off asking for help.
The good news is that you don’t have to carry on feeling stressed or anxious.
David has helped hundreds of people work through their issues, get back in control and feel relaxed and happy!
