Help Improving Your Health & Wellbeing
As we go through life, we often take on habits that adversely affect our health. Sometimes these are more obvious, for example, smoking, drinking alcohol every day, eating too much sugary or fatty foods, or becoming a couch potato!
Other habits might have just crept in and need a bit of fine tuning to help us feel healthy again. We might be aware of the unhealthy habit, but are often unaware of the thoughts around why we have introduced it. For example, an assumption that bad stuff won’t happen to me, it doesn’t matter, I feel better when I eat/drink this, I’ve never liked exercise, I can’t change it etc
You may not have even made the connection between an aspect of poor health and a habit or how you think.
