"Like many of you reading this, life has been a book of many chapters!
I started out in IT and then worked around 20 years for different companies in IT and management, experiencing the benefits and stresses involved. During this time I became interested in how people think and communicate.
What motivates us, how we respond to challenges, the support we need, how we develop and grow, the limits and mental blocks we place on ourselves, what ‘happiness’ means...
Having done some coaching and psychology training, I was intrigued when a colleague mentioned they had completed a hypnotherapy diploma. So I booked myself onto the course.
From that point onwards the chapters in my life took a very different turn! As of 2024 I have been coaching for around 14 years. It has been a real pleasure to meet and help so many people of all ages and walks of life.
Outside of work, I am ‘in my happy place’ when walking in beautiful nature, spending time with my family and friends, playing piano or listening to music, and doing some kind of exercise.
I know that asking for help can be a deeply personal thing, whether it’s for you, a loved one or your business. Finding someone who can help and is the ‘right fit’ for you may also be a bit daunting. My Qualifications
I am a qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist, and certified NLP Master Practitioner and Life Coach. I have an Advanced Diploma of Clinical Hypnotherapy and am a member of the International Hypnotherapy Association and Association of NLP.
I am also registered on the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).
Where I work
I help clients from my home town of Edenbridge on the Surrey / Kent border, and also a wide surrounding area including Westerham, Sevenoaks, Tonbridge, Orpington, Bromley, Oxted, Caterham, Godstone, Merstham, Redhill, Reigate, East Grinstead, Dorking, Warlingham and Croydon. I have clinics in Oxted and Reigate, and also do a lot of home visits where I help clients in the comfort of their own home.
I also travel across the South East including London, to help business owners and their companies.
In addition to face to face appointments, I offer online sessions for clients across the whole UK and internationally via Zoom, FaceTime, Teams and WhatsApp.
